Destination weddings come with a few extra moving pieces, from finding the right venue and local vendors to travel logistics, guest experiences, design, florals and everything happening on the wedding day. We’ll help pull it all together so you’re not trying to plan a wedding from hundreds — or thousands — of kilometres away.
Whether it’s somewhere in BC, across Canada or requires a passport, we’re happy to pack our bags and come along.

Want the fun of planning your wedding without having to manage all the moving pieces? That’s where we come in.
From our first planning session right through to wedding day, we’re with you along the way. We’ll help with budgets, timelines, vendors, venues and logistics, while also bringing the creative side together — your overall design, tablescapes, florals, rentals and all those little details that make the day feel like you.
We’ll communicate with your vendors, review contracts, keep everyone on track and make sure everything comes together when it should.
And on wedding day? You get to enjoy it. We’ll handle the rest.
Package includes: initial planning session, ongoing consultations, budget and timeline assistance, custom event design, vendor and venue coordination, contract review, preferred Paradox rental rates, wedding-day emergency kit, and up to 8 hours of on-site wedding-day coordination.

This package is perfect for couples who are happy to plan their own wedding but don’t want to spend the final weeks chasing vendors, answering questions and worrying about who is doing what on wedding day.
We’ll start with a planning session when you book, then about a month out we’ll step in, review everything you’ve planned, connect with your vendors, go through the timeline and logistics, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when.
We’ll be there for your rehearsal and, on wedding day, you get to enjoy everything you’ve worked so hard to plan — while we keep things running behind the scenes.
Your package includes: Initial planning session, one-month-out planning review, vendor coordination, timeline and logistics review, rehearsal coordination, wedding-day emergency kit, and up to 8 hours of on-site wedding-day coordination.

Sometimes you don’t need a wedding planner — you just need someone who knows weddings to sit down with you, look at what you’ve planned and help you figure out what you might be missing.
Bring your ideas, Pinterest boards, vendor questions, floor plans, budget, timeline — or even just the things you’re stuck on. We’ll spend 90 minutes together going through your wedding, answering questions and giving you practical advice and a clear direction for what to tackle next.
We can chat about timelines, rentals, décor, florals, vendors, floor plans, logistics, budget and all those little details you may not even know to ask about.

From the overall look and feel to furniture, décor, florals, lighting, lounges, staging, interactive elements and those unexpected details, we can design and style as much or as little of your event as you need.
Already have a venue, caterer or entertainment booked? Perfect. We’re happy to work alongside your existing team, bring in our trusted vendors where needed, and pull all the pieces together.
